Swimming during pregnancy

Despite DH's fears of me going to the pool, I could not resist the idea this afternoon so I went for a dip in this crazy hot summer. It was wonderful and I believe baby love it too!

I did not really swim but rather walked inside the pool. The guards were ok, no one made any comments or whatsoever. I was lucky. The Takashimadaira Swimming Pool was closed for renovation until today. As it was first opening day, free ice in syrup was given! It was really much nicer after the renovation. I shall continue to go there as Akatsuka Swimming Pool is too far for me now. I cannot walk so far with my big tummy anymore.

I look forward to tonight with DH as we have something to discuss about our future together.

Zaireen offered to throw a baby shower for us. I am not sure if it is a good idea to accept it.

It's a baby BOY!

We had waited for an hour before seeing the radiologist, Monica Goh. She herself is pregnant with a baby girl at 31 weeks. She adjusted the pictures on the GE machine as I lay in anticipation not daring even to ask what am I having...then she asked for DH to enter the room before she explained in details. She talked about head, body, nose and everything before finally announcing that it's a baby boy!! When I saw the obvious thingy, I was so thrilled! GK was absolutely happy and excited too. When we broke the news to Ah Ma and Ah Pa, they were exhilarated! They took better care of me then before. What a difference a baby boy makes!! The entire SG trip was short but well-spent.
