Mango Lassi!

It was a day out with my friends from Germany with Amber to Little India and Sentosa. We managed to find the mango lassi that Henning so craved. He likes his usual huntout while May and I prefer the one at The Banana Leaf Apollo. I introduced them to Ghandi restaurant and am glad that they liked it. At Sentosa, after the visit to Underworld water, May and I were happy to chat the Palawan Beach in Koufu while Henning checked out the bridge and view tower. I was out the whole day with Amber!! I still feel very energetic and wanted to bring them to Chomp Chomp for dinner but they already had enough for the day.

Our Japan trip is firm. We would be travelling during the Mar holidays.

It's Feb 2009

It seems CNY was not long ago but today the calendar reads 6 Feb, time really flies. Alden has been a good boy since school reopens. He can get up around 7.30am by himself some of the mornings and is rather good-tempered when daddy gets him ready for school. His teacher says that he learns a lot and he is an observer. I am glad with his teacher's comments as it shows that she has paid attention to understand him.

Yesterday, we had paid Eve a visit at her place for the first time. Hillard is fine. Hui Leng and Wee Wei were there too with their children. It was a nice catch up. Wee Wei is determined to stop at 2 while Hui Leng is planning for a 2nd child.

By end of today, we would finalise the dates for our Japan trip. Both Alden and hubby are excited more so than me. Why am I not excited?? Menopause? Age drains adrenaline? What's the answer.....
