Baby Shower at Ropponggi Hills

It was our baby shower at Ropponggi Hills. Most of his colleagues came except for one. It was a real shower of gifts! I like the toys gifts best, very innovative toys and also the baby monitor. DH got a Montblanc pen as his parting gift.

The food was not great though at Wolfgang Pack.

My tummy had grown a lot this morning and hence find myself pretty exhausted after the trip. I doubt I can go too far after today. Really hope I can be on the plane back home sweet home.

Miyazaki Hayao Museum

It was a long train ride to Mitaka where Miyazaki Hayao's Museum is located. Furthermore, there was a long walk there about 600metres.

It was interesting to see characters from the animes that we have seen, some life-size. However, we are quite disappointed with the selection of souvenirs. I was amazed to see that the production process is so tedious and so much reading is needed before the plot can be formed.

After that, we adjorned for a French lunch which was a good deal at 1600yen per person for a set. Hmm...such high standards! Hang around Kijichoji shopping area but did not get anything. Dinner was very affordable sushi at 105 yen per plate :-)

It was overall a day well-spent!
