Inlaws are out of town!

I have to be more diligent for a week as inlaws are out of town so no one to help me with Alden. Hubby sent them off to airport. Too bad Alden could not wake up to do so. Around 2 am, think he got a scare as he cried so so hard and pee twice without his pampers on as I was changing it!! What a mess he had created. Had to dry the mattress in the sun else eekks!!

Good old dad is fetching me and Alden back home for dinner so having dinner separately from hubby. It's a week of getting in touch with our own feelings with the extra space - all of us.

Alden is 14 months old

See the blue-black mark on the left cheek? Result of jumping from a kiddy ride! Alden is growing fine and able to say "Papa, mama and mum-mum". He is able to make other sounds like "Ah, ah, ah..." and point to what he is referring to. He can point clearly to parts of body like head, nose, mouth, ears and winks his eyes when asked for eyes! We love it when he dances with his legs. However, he dislikes brushing his teeth. We have to work hard on this. Still, I thank him for coming into our lives.
